Chrysler announces wireless charging technology for its upcoming cars

Power cords lying all over the place are a thing of the past in Chrysler cars! The American manufacturer has announced that, starting next year, its cars will be equipped with a wireless charging station for electric appliances, including smart phones.
The new 2013 Dodge Dart will be the first model on the market with this ingenious feature. The user only has to put the device in the designated space in order for the recharge to begin when the vehicle is running. This space will be well integrated into the dashboard and will not affect the ergonomics of the cockpit.
The operation of this charging station is simple. A mat in the charging bin takes care of transferring energy by induction to the device already contained in a special case.
This technology is sure to please customers who are regularly on the road. Thanks to Bluetooth technology and this new feature, no need for annoying cables in the car!
